A brilliant talk by Guest Speaker WAYNE WIGHAM from the Black Dog Institute was enjoyed by members and friends of the shed, along with participants from other nearby Men's Sheds.
A former professional rugby league footballer, Wayne played in the 1970s and 1980s, spending the majority of his career with the Balmain Tigers, also playing for the North Sydney Bears and Western Suburbs Magpies.
An afternoon of good food and good company, meeting new friends and catching up with old ones, with a couple making a special trip from Coffs Harbour.
